quia : because.
deus : god.
non : not.
sed : but/ and indeed, what is more.
si : if.
quis : (question) who?, what?, which?.
quis : anyone, anybody, anything.
cultor : cultivator, planter /with gen.= resident, inhabitant.
cultor : cultivator, worshipper.
hunc : (masc. sing. acc.) He ate THIS (fruit).
