quis : anyone, anybody, anything.
non : not.
prae : pre : (prep. with abl.) before, in front of.
turba : uproar, disturbance /mob, crowd, multitude.
turba : mob.
quia : because.
pusillus : tiny, puny /petty, mean.
pusillus : insignificant, very small.
