Ch. 1 1 Forasmuch as many have taken in hand to set forth in order a narration of the things that have been accomplished among us,
Ch. 2 1 And it came to pass that in those days there went out a decree from Caesar Augustus that the whole world should be enrolled.
Ch. 3 1 Now in the fifteenth year of the reign of Tiberius Caesar, Pontius Pilate being governor of Judea, and Herod being tetrarch of Galilee, and Philip his brother tetrarch of Iturea and the country of Trachonitis, and Lysanias tetrarch of Abilina:

Ch. 16 1 And he said also to his disciples: There was a certain rich man who had a steward: and the same was accused unto him, that he had wasted his goods.
Ch. 17 1 And he said to his disciples: It is impossible that scandals should not come. But woe to him through whom they come!
Ch. 18 1 And he spoke also a parable to them, that we ought always to pray and not to faint,

Ch. 21 1 And looking on, he saw the rich men cast their gifts into the treasury.
Ch. 22 1 Now the feast of unleavened bread, which is called the pasch, was at hand.
Ch. 23 1 And the whole multitude of them, rising up, led him to Pilate.
Ch. 24 1 And on the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they came to the sepulchre, bringing the spices which they had prepared.
