autem : but, on the other hand, however, moreover, also.
illum : (masc. sing. acc.) He ate THAT (fruit).
in : (+ acc.) into, toward, against.
in : (+ abl.) in.
enim : in fact, truly, indeed.
enim : for, in fact, truly (may often be omitted).
transitus : crossing, passing over, transit /changing, alteration.
