tunc : then, at that time, next, and then. mihi : (dat.) me /give ME land, lots of land. bona : good qualities, gifts, blessings as well as material properties. res : thing, object, being, matter, affair, event, fact, circumstance. res : occurrence, deed, condition, case. quam : (fem. sing. acc.) (the church), WHICH the Lord loved. quam : (adv. and conj.) how, than, as .. as possible. vis : (sing.) violence /a large number, quantity, a force /nature. vis : force.
