(the church), WHICH the Lord loved. quam : (adv. and conj.) how, than, as .. as possible. adversus : (prep. + acc.) toward, against, facing. adversus : (adj.) facing, opposite, opposing. /unfortunate. hunc : (masc. sing. acc.)
