THIS (house) is filthy. hic : (adv.) here. enim : in fact, truly, indeed. enim : for, in fact, truly (may often be omitted). cum : (with indicative) when. cum : (prep + abl.) with. cum : (with subjunctive) when, as, while, since, although. unus : one, only one, at the same time/ single, alone /unparalleled. ex : (= e ) (prep. + abl.) out of, from within, from / on account of.
