vere : truly, really, actually, rightly. vere : in fact, real, true. dico : (dictum ) to say, tell, speak, name, call, pronounce. dico : to say. vobis : (dat.) you /i'm talkin' to YOU, yeah, talkin' 'bout Cindy. vobis : (abl.) you /who knows more than YOU? i do!. quia : because. pauper : poor, with few means, poverty-stricken. pauper : beggar, person without means. plus : more. quam : (fem. sing. acc.) (the church), WHICH the Lord loved. quam : (adv. and conj.) how, than, as .. as possible.
