iterum : again, a second time, once more. pater : patris : father. si : if. non : not. hic : (masc. nom. sing.) THIS (house) is filthy. hic : (adv.) here. calix : a vessel for drinking. nisi : if not, unless, except. illum : (masc. sing. acc.) He ate THAT (fruit). voluntas : wish, will, inclination / good will. voluntas : last will, testament / meaning, sense. voluntas : will, purpose.
