at : (conj.) but. (more emphatic and emotional than sed).
non : not.
insanio : rage.
inquit : he, she, it says.
optime : as best one can.
sed : but/ and indeed, what is more.
eloquor : to speak out, express oneself, declare, speak eloquently.
