dico : to say.
tibi : (dat.) you /i can't give YOU anything but love, baby.
nisi : if not, unless, except.
quis : (question) who?, what?, which?.
quis : anyone, anybody, anything.
denuo : anew, again, a second time, afresh.
non : not.
regnum : rule, authority, kingdom, realm.
