malum : evil, misfortune, misdeed, crime, injury, damage.
inter : approximately, about, around, roughly.
inter : (+ acc.) between, among.
sic : so, thus /yes, that is so, that is right.
meus : my.
sub : (+ acc. or dat.) under, up under, close to, beneath, below.
umbra : shade, shadow.
illius : (neut. sing. gen.) She paid half OF THAT (the cost).
