spiritus : breath, breathing /life /spirit.
sanctus : holy, sacred, /saint.
quem : (masc. sing. acc.) (the man), WHOM the king struck.

in : (+ abl.) in.
ille : (masc. nom. sing.) THAT (house) is filthy.
